Reseach by the Rice Science Center and the Rice Gene Discovery Unit at Kasetsart University Kamphangsaen found that Riceberry Rice (purple-brown rice) is rich in anthocyanins and antioxidants.
The high quality organic rice varieties were awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Kasetsart University/Thailand.
